Shipping policy

Steele Jade ships orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 24 business hours for order processing for in-stock items before your order is fulfilled.

Orders placed on Friday after 1pm CST, weekends, or select holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive tracking information when and allow for carrier updates to track after the order has left our facility.

At this time, Steele Jade ships within the CONUS only and does not offer OCONUS.
